Sharing Links

This guide helps users easily send and manage links within a chat. Once a link is shared in the text area and sent, it remains accessible under Info Tab > Shared Links, ensuring users can conveniently find and revisit previously shared links.
Share a Link
Navigate to the Chat View
Option 1: Through the Marketplace
Navigate to the Marketplace. Click the Profile Picture from the left-side panel. Click on the Chat Tab. The Chat Page will appear.
Option 2: Using the Message icon
Click the Message icon in the top-right corner. The icon displays the number of unread messages. Click on the Chat View button to open the chat. The Chat Page will appear.
Option 3: Through the menu icon
Click the menu icon in the top-right corner. Scroll down and select the Message icon. The Chat Page will appear.
Share a Link
Select the chat where the user wants to share the link. In the message text area, type or paste the link to share.
Click on the Send button to share the link in the conversation. The link will appear as a clickable message within the chat.
Access Shared Links
Click on the three-dot menu in the top right corner of the chat.
Alternatively, users can click on the room name or participant name at the top of the chat to open the info panel.
From the dropdown menu, select Info to open the Info Tab. Navigate to the Shared Links section to view all links sent and received in the chat.
Filter Shared Links
Inside the Shared Links section, use the Filter by User option.
Select a specific user to see only the links they have shared. Click on the Apply Filter button to refine the displayed results.
