This guide helps users throughout securely adding a payment method to their account, ensuring a seamless and protected transaction experience. Users can add a payment method using a credit/debit card or bank transfer. Users can also manage existing payment methods. The process includes securely capturing payment details and validating the information.
Adding a Payment Method
Initiate Card Addition
There is a icon on the top navigation bar. Click on the Payment option from the list of apps.
Alternatively, users can directly click the Payment tab on the navigation bar.
Inside the Payment page, you will see five dots, each linked to a different section (for example, Spending, Payout, Sales, and Usage). Click on the fourth dot to navigate to the Payout tab.
Users will find the Payment Methods section at the top right, click the + icon (+ Add Card) button.
Alternative Access
Click on the profile picture located in the top-right corner of the header bar.
Click on the Payments option under the Business section.
In the Payment Methods section, click the + New button.
Payment Method Modal
A modal titled Payment Method appears, displaying input fields for entering card details.
Fill in the following fields with valid data:
Card number
Expiration date (MM / YYYY)
Security code (CVC/CVV)
Country
There is a toggle option to set the newly added payment method as the default. Select this option if you want it to be used by default. Click the Add New Card button to save the new payment method.

Manage a Payment Method

In the Payment Methods section at the top right, click the three dots next to the card you want to manage.
A menu will appear with two options:
Set as Default
Delete
Choose an option to either set the card as the default payment method or delete it.
