This guide outlines the process for selecting and saving course categories while utilizing AI-powered auto-suggestions. It describes two workflows:
Manual Selection: Users select three categories and save without AI suggestions.
AI-Assisted Selection: Users select one or two categories, allowing the system to apply AI-generated suggestions for the remaining selections.
Manual Category Selection
Access the Categories Menu:
Click on Categories to open the menu.
Click the Browse List button to expand the Categories Sidebar and view available categories.
Click on the View button to open the detailed category selection screen.
Select and Manage Categories
Click on three categories to select them. The selected categories should be visually highlighted.
(Optional) Click the red X mark next to a category to remove it.
Re-select three categories if needed; the new selections will be highlighted.
Save and Apply AI Suggestions
Click the Save button to store selected categories.
An AI suggestion pop-up will appear, offering category refinements.
Choose an option:Click Apply Suggestions to accept AI recommendations.
Click Save Without Suggestions to keep manual selections.
