This guide outlines the process for adding, updating and managing profile information on the Aladia platform. Users can access profile settings to add or edit personal details, including their name, bio, contact information, location, and time zone. Users can also upload a profile picture and cover image, adjust visibility settings, and set a profile status. Once updates are made, changes must be saved. Additionally, users have the option to reset their profile info while retaining their name and email.
Add or Update Profile Information
Access the Profile Info section
There are two ways to access the Profile Info section.
Option 1: From the Top-Right Corner
Click the Profile Picture at the top right corner.
Navigate to the Profile Info section.
Option 2: From the Left Side
Click the Profile Picture from the left-side bar. The Profile Page will be displayed.
Click the Edit icon on the profile picture. The Settings pop up will be displayed.
In the Settings pop up, locate and open the Profile Info section.
Fill the Profile Information
In the Settings popup, navigate to the Profile Info section and update the following:
First Name & Last Name: Minimum 2 characters, maximum 35 characters.
Bio: Maximum 70 characters.
Phone Number
Time Zone
Current Location: Country, state, city, street, zip code.
Birth Location: Country, state, city, date of birth.
Add Profile Picture
Click on the Avatar Image, then click on the Upload button to set a new profile picture.
Use the available editing tools to adjust your image (for example: Rotate, Flip or Crop the image for proper fitting).
Click on the Save button to confirm your profile picture.
Image Size Requirements: Minimum 400 x 400 pixels, maximum file size 6MB.
Set Profile Status
Click on the Profile Picture. Click on the Status button and choose one of the following: None, Hiring, Open To Work.
Click on the Save button to set the status accordingly.
Upload Cover Image
Click on the Cover Image Placeholder, then click on Upload to set a new cover picture.
Image Size Requirements: Minimum 2048 x 380 pixels, maximum file size 6MB.
After completing all fields and uploads, click on the Save button in the bottom-right corner.
Profile Completion Criteria
To receive a profile completion notification, the following properties must be filled:
Profile Picture
Cover Image
Bio
About
Current Address
Birth Date
Birth Location
Phone Number
Social Links
Experience
NOTE: Ensure all the above fields are completed to receive the “Profile Completed” notification and unlock the full experience.

Reset Profile Info
Access the Profile Info section

From the Left Side:
Click the Profile Picture from the left-side bar. The Profile Page will be displayed.

Clear Your Profile Info
Click on the Clear All button located in the bottom-right corner.
NOTE: All data fields will be removed except user's First Name, Last Name, Status and Email.
