Followers

This guide outlines how users can manage their connections by following and unfollowing other users. Users can follow a profile to receive updates and unfollow when they no longer want to see updates. The system ensures that these actions are instantly reflected in the Follower and Following lists. Additionally, users can view all the profiles they follow, see a list of their followers, and remove a follower if needed.

Managing Followers and Following List

Accessing Followers or Following List

• Click on the Profile Picture from the left sidebar list.

• Click on the Followers or Following tab to open the respective popup. The system retrieves and displays all the accounts.

• Click on the Search Bar at the top. Type the name or username you’re looking for. The list will dynamically filter based on the input.

Filter Followers or Following

• Click on one of the three filter options:

  • All

  • Users

  • Organizations

• The displayed list will update to show only the selected category.

Follow a User or an Organization

• Search for a user or organization to follow using the Search bar at the top. Locate a user or organization in the list to follow.

• Click on the + Follow button next to their name. The button will change to Following with a checkmark.

Unfollow a User or an Organization

• Click on the Profile Picture from the left sidebar list and click on Following to open the popup.

• Find a user or organization to unfollow.

• Click on the Following button next to their name to Unfollow them.

Remove a Follower

• Click on the Profile Picture from the left sidebar list and click on Followers to open the popup.

• Locate or search for a follower to remove from the list.

• Click on the Remove button next to their name.

View Suggested Followers

• Click on the Profile Picture from the left sidebar list and click on Followers or Following to open the popup.

• Scroll down to the Suggested for you section.

• Click on the + Follow button to follow any suggested user.
