Stripe Product Versioning and Archiving

• Currently, whenever a new version of a product is published, we create a new product in Stripe but leave the previous one in an active state.
  We should start archiving the previous product to avoid confusion.

  Additionally:

  • Add metadata to the Stripe product to reference the corresponding course ID from our database.

  • Ensure users are not able to purchase a course linked to an archived Stripe product.
