Restrict Follow/Unfollow Permissions for Organization Accounts

Currently, any member of the organization can perform follow/unfollow actions on behalf of the organization. This is incorrect behavior. Only users with the role of Owner, Admin, or Member with the "Social Media Manager" role should be allowed to follow or unfollow profiles on behalf of the organization.

Acceptance Criteria:

• ✅ Only users with roles Owner, Admin, or Social Media Manager can perform follow/unfollow actions for the organization.

• ❌ All other members must be restricted from this functionality.

• 🔒 Ensure that restricted users do not see the option to follow/unfollow for the organization in the UI.

• 🧪 Add appropriate tests to cover these permission rules.
