Optimize profile domain

The Followers query is currently the highest-impact performance bottleneck in our system. It’s causing significant load spikes and slowing down related features across the app.

Goals:

• Analyze query performance with logs and slow query traces

• Test optimizations (indexes, pagination, caching)

• Consider denormalization or background syncs if necessary
