Move Logout Button in Settings Popup

The Logout button in the Settings popup is currently positioned in the header. It should be moved to the end of the list of options for better UX consistency.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the Settings popup.

2. Observe that the Logout button is in the header.

3. Update the UI so that the Logout button is placed at the bottom of the options list.
