Implement Bulk Removal of Organization Members

Implement the ability to remove multiple organization members in bulk from the IAM page. Users should be able to select members using checkboxes next to each user row. Once at least one user is selected, an action bar should appear with a "Remove" button.

If the current user has the appropriate permissions, clicking the "Remove" button should trigger a central confirmation popup. Upon confirmation, the selected members are removed from the organization.
