Fix Follower Following Popup UI

The current Follower/Following popup modal does not follow the platform’s UI standards. Several issues need to be fixed to align it with the design system.

Issues to fix:

1. Modal Header

   • Replace with the common modal header component.

   • Add missing background.

   • Adjust title styling to match platform standards.

   • Reduce icon size (currently too large).

2. Tabs

   • Replace with the standardized tab component used across the platform.

   • Ensure alignment and interaction behavior are consistent with existing tabs.

3. Padding

   • Reduce excessive padding inside the modal.

   • Match spacing with platform modal guidelines.
