Fix text style & improve formatting toolbar in editor

Issue 1-Currently, after selecting a formatting option, the toolbar closes. It should stay open so user can apply multiple formats in one selection.
When I apply code format to a word, it applies to the whole paragraph. It should apply only to the selected word.Same for Quote format
Check the video for correct behavior (ClickUp editor example):

Isuuse 2-The text formatting set in the builder is not shown on the Fruition page.

• Same issue applies to both course description and lecture description.
