Feature of payment domain usage filters, popup and sortBy

When the developer finish the usage transaction, he only added the table list to render.

I will:

1. add filter feature for the usage

2. add usage detail popup(click data in row)

3. improvement for the sortBy feature (we only sort 2 fields)
