Ensure Backend Resilience Without Redis

Update the Backend to ensure it remains fully functional even when it is not possible to connect to Redis. In such cases, implement a fallback mechanism that bypasses Redis and interacts directly with the database for all necessary operations.

Note: The fallback mechanism should work not only when the application fails to connect to Redis at startup, but also if a Redis connection issue occurs at any point during runtime.
