Course Access before assign License

man issue: When an organization buys a course but hasn’t assigned any licenses yet, internal members who land on the course page via link or search still see unlocked content, also the “Subscribe Now” button being hidden.Here is the flow to reproduce the issue:

Flow:

1. An organization admin purchases the course.

2. An internal member opens the course page—before any licenses have been assigned.

3. The member sees the unlocked review section,
   
   Another flow:Here is the flow to reproduce the issue: User A is an internal member of the organization and has access to the course via a license. When an admin of the organization revokes that license, User A can no longer join the course—and that part works correctly. If User A had previously opened the course page or searches for the course in the marketplace after the license was revoked and opens it from the search results, the review section remains unlocked—also the “Subscribe Now” button being hidden.
