Convergent Bugs
All fixes must be tested in a massive way. That is, using at least 100 courses, having a duration of 1 year.

→ I must be able to create recurring events which are convergent all together. It is very important that the course-calendar conversion works on both dimensions:
convergence
recurrence
But most importantly, detachment must work on both dimensions:
convergence detachment: I detach a single event from the others; so that the meeting room is now independent;
recurrence detachment 2: I have a series of recurring events, and I want to update the date of a single one of them so that it deviates from the existing recurring scheduling; this is useful for example when one of the teachers misses a lecture and we need to update a single lecture in the course;
recurrence detachment 2: I detach a single recurring event from the rest of the series; or I update all following recurring events from a certai date onward;
→ I delete one of the recurring converging events, and the associated lecture is not deleted from the course content.

When I update a single event in a series of recurring events, and I remove the recurrence and pick THIS EVENT, the change is propagated to the other events too.

→ THIS EVENT must allow me to update a single event in case a teacher misses that lecture and we need to reschedule it.

There is a mismatch between the count of events and calendars when I tested using 70 courses in Istituto Formativo Aladia . Please investigate and run additional tests in a new organization to find what is going on.

Please perform all tests also by trying the Following events only update policy. That is, only the events following the current one will be updated. This is an essential feature for Istituto Formativo Aladia as it allow us to change course schedule from a certain point onward which is quite a common practice.
We must be able to reschedule a certain recurring convergent lecture from a certain date onwards only. So a lecture happening every week on Mondays, can be rescheduled to be happening on Wednesday starting from 2,3 months after the start of the course and after the course has been published.
These requirements come from real world cases that we had to face with Istituto Formativo Aladia.
→ CONVERGENT EVENT ON 2 DIFFERENT CHAPTER
I have two courses: one with a chapter that spans from the beginning to the end of the course, and another with a first chapter that lasts only one day. On the second course, I create a new chapter and link a lesson from the first course to it.
The lesson gets created, but the associated event is not generated. If I then delete the newly created chapter, the event remains visible on the calendar, but the lesson cannot be found.
