Cannot invite user to space and course from IAM

Steps to reproduce the error:

1. Organization owner selects a user to be invited to the organization as Member

2. Organization owner opens “Space & Courses” and select a space and course (purchased)

3. Organization owner clicks on “Save”

4. Organization owner clicks on “Invite”

Note: the error occurs also when selecting only the space
