Automatically end linked meetings when an event is deleted

Task 1: Fix Error When Deleting Event with Host and Guests

Description:

Task 2: End Meeting When Event Is Deleted

Description:
When an event is deleted, the linked meeting does not end and stays active. Make sure the meeting ends automatically when the event is deleted.
