We’ve enhanced the AI scheduling system to factor in teacher events when generating course timelines, ensuring conflict-free planning.

What’s new:
🧑‍🏫 Existing teacher events (including recurring ones) are now included in AI-generated schedules
⏱️ Automatic conflict checks based on each teacher’s availability

We’ve introduced better controls for handling what happens when a scheduled meeting ends—giving teachers more flexibility and clarity.

What’s new:

🧑‍🏫 Teachers can extend or end the meeting directly from the room
👥 Consideration for co-host roles when managing meeting extensions
⏳ Default behavior: meetings automatically shut down if no action is taken
🔔 In-meeting notification when the scheduled time is about to end

This update ensures a smoother transition at the end of meetings while respecting the teacher’s control and co-host dynamics.

We’ve enhanced the convergent lectures feature to give users more control and flexibility when organizing lectures across chapters and lessons.

📅 Automatic chapter detection based on the lecture's date range
🆕 New chapter creation when no compatible chapter exists
📚 Assign lectures to a specific chapter or individual lesson
🔄 Ability to set or remove convergence as needed
